Grace Larson
Project Assistant
Grace recently completed her Business Administration Diploma in Management at Northwestern Polytechnic, and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources.
Grace’s project management experience is mostly in student events. She was on the planning committee and served as a facilitator for the Alberta Student Voice Conference for several years; assisted with planning the University of Alberta’s High School Model United Nations Conference; and most recently was part of the planning committee for the Northwestern Polytechnic Annual Student Business Conference.
Grace loves to write, and fun fact: growing up she always wanted to be a journalist. She even spent a summer in NYC studying writing and political journalism at the School of The New York Times!
Grace is passionate about the Grande Prairie community and committed to volunteering for the causes she cares about. Grace currently serves as the Chair of the City of Grande Prairie Youth Advisory Council, volunteers at the college as a Student Ambassador, and is the Social Media Coordinator for the NWPSA Addictions and Mental Health Peer Support group. She also enjoys volunteering at local events such as Youth Week and the AGGP Art Auction.
