Terms & Conditions

  • Payment: 
    • Invoice to be paid upfront by November 24 at 4:30PM MST
  • Contract:
    • Requires a signed contract for services.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: 
    • There will be no refunds or reshoots, or cancellations
  • Video-specific terms:
    • Two video proofs per video will be provided within the package price, additional proofs will be charged at $50/hour
    • Music license for social media and website use only – no broadcast
    • Video shoots must take place within at our content studio or business location within City of Grande Prairie or the County of Grande Prairie.
    • Photoshoots must be booked between November 13, 2025 and April 30, 2026; dates are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis
    • The following are additional charges:
      • Additional Video Proofs: $50+ GST each
      • Additional Aspect Ratios: $75+GST each
      • Christmas Rush Delivery: $250+ GST (limited availability)
      • Original video footage can be provided for $250+GST (client must provide Dropbox, hard drive or Google Drive link)
      • Custom motion graphics: quoted based on scope
  • Photography-specific terms:
    • Two video proofs per video will be provided within the package price, additional proofs will be charged at $50/hour
    • Photoshoots must take place within your business location or a third-party location with permission within the City of Grande Prairie or the County of Grande Prairie.
    • Photoshoots must be booked between November 13, 2025 and April 30, 2026, dates are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis. 
    • Stand-ins provided by the client
  • Discovery Meeting Mandatory:
    • A 30-minute Discovery Meeting is required for any package that indicates a 30-minute discovery meeting
    • Direction will be approved by M3M + Client in the meeting
  • Branding Assets:
    • The Client provides logo assets and any branding guidelines before work begins
