• Two video proofs only
• The 30 min Discovery Meeting is required
• Direction will be approved by M3M + Client in the meeting
• The Client provides logo assets and any branding guidelines before work begins in the 30-minute discovery call.
• Video shoots must take place within at our content studio or business location within City of Grande Prairie or the County of Grande PrairieVideo shoot must be booked for a date that is prior to January 30, 2025
• Stand-ins provided by the client
• Music license for social media and website use only – no broadcast
• Invoice to be paid upfront by November 22 at 4:30PM MST
• There will be no refunds or reshoots, or cancellations
• Add-ons
  • Additional Video Proofs: $50+ GST each
  • Additional Aspect Ratios: $75+GST each
  • Christmas Rush Delivery: $250+ GST (limited availability)
  • Original video footage: + $250+GST (client must provide Dropbox, hard drive or Google Drive link)

Studio Package

Four 1-Hour Studio Rentals – All Access Pass – Over 50% Saving $200 + GST

• 4 x 1-hour studio rentals + two equipment add-ons (each booking is a $115 value)
  • Access all four studio spaces during each booking with up to two equipment rentals

Terms & Conditions

• Up to 10 people are allowed at each booking
  • Larger groups will have a surcharge $25
• Rentals must be must be booked for a date that is before Between November 22, 2024 – February 28, 2025
• There will be no refunds, reshoots or cancellations
• Our camera add-on is unavailable like any of the two equipment rentals included.
